Yozo Otsuki (Kurasu Founder / CEO)
Inspired by a passion for sharing Japanese culture with the world and childhood memories of parents running a jazz café, the unique appeal of Japanese coffee culture became a focal point.
This led to the founding of Kurasu, expanding from its roots in Kyoto to Singapore, Bangkok, Indonesia, and Hong Kong. In addition, the new project ""2050 COFFEE"" was launched, aiming to make high-quality, sustainable coffee accessible to more people worldwide.
