Sayaka Takahashi (Gallery Director/ PGI)
Sayaka Takahashi (based in Japan) is the director of PGI. She studied under the photography critic HIRAKI Osamu at Waseda University. In 1998, participated in the Higashikawa International Photo Festival as a volunteer, and from this experience she developed an interest in curating, conservation and installation. Began working in the field of photography at PGI a gallery in Tokyo in this year in its department of conservation, framing and installation. Between 2003 and 2010, she worked for the Higashikawa International Photo Festival as an assistant director. Since 2010, she started her career as the director of PGI, she has worked with many of the most celebrated postwar photographers – in particular Yasuhiro Ishimoto, Kikuji Kawada.
She is placing emphasis on introducing Japanese photography to the world and on finding
new talent. -
Osamu Ouchi (Scenographer/ nano/nano graphics)
Art-designer/graphic designer/senographer, Representative of nano-nanographics, Associate producer of Matsumoto City Museum, Tokyo University of Arts part-time lecturer

Born in 1971, Ouchi graduated from Tama Art University with a degree in Graphic Design. Ouchi studies under the late Ikko Tanaka, and went on to establish Nano-Nanographics Inc. on July 7, 2003. With the synergy between two-dimensional surfaces and space as the focal point of his creations, Ouchi has been active in a wide range of artistic developments, all consistant with their use of a direct line between graphics and space design. He has designed exhibitions both within Japan and abroad.
In August of 2021, Ouchi served as the art director and senographer for Chiba City's first art festival "Chiba Art Festival CHIBAFOTO".
In January 2022, he also founded the Matsumoto Architecture Art Festival in Matsumoto, Nagano, where he serves as general director.
